Bryan’s career has been defined by his ability to navigate complex financial structures and deliver results for clients at every stage of the investment cycle. Before joining RF-Boston, he served as Vice President of Lending at a private lending firm, where he oversaw all aspects of lending, sales, and marketing operations. He also held senior roles at other real estate financing companies, further sharpening his expertise in loan structuring, deal negotiations, and portfolio growth.

In addition to his lending background, Bryan has firsthand experience as a real estate developer. He has owned and managed two development companies, successfully acquiring, renovating, and selling or renting more than 25 properties. This blend of investor insight and lending expertise gives Bryan a unique perspective—allowing him to understand both sides of the transaction and provide tailored solutions that meet the needs of his clients.
